The compact PT-059 underwater case is the perfect complement to your TG-6 and TG-7 for discovering the world below the water`s surface, as it increases the depth of waterproof protection from 15 to 45m. It is easy to handle and offers access to all camera functions. It features the optical connection to external underwater flashes, such as the UFL-3. Underwater converters can be attached with its screw mount.

The PT-059 is waterproof up to a water pressure equivalent to 45m depth and enables divers to capture nearly every secret of the sea. You can use the internal flash to trigger digital compatible slaves such as the underwater flash UFL-3 (GN 22). It features the Olympus RC flash system, which makes accurate underwater flash photography easy and stress-free.

Clever construction
The black front prevents unwanted reflections while the transparent back not only lets you view the LCD monitor, but it also comes in handy in the rare case that water gets into the housing. The PT-059 underwater case features multi-coated glass to reduce inner reflections.
Photographic freedom
Wide-angle shots are created by zooming out as far as possible. This lets you get more into the picture, meaning photographers can get close to the subject and still fit the motif within the frame. The PT-059 has a screw mount of 52mm to attach converter lenses such as the PTWC-01 or PTMC-01. Both are waterproof up to a water pressure equivalent to a depth of 40 meters. Changing the optics is very easy
Spectacular close-ups from 30cm to 1cm
The TG-6 and TG-7 has an Underwater Macro Mode for spectacular nature shots of small subjects such as shrimps, crabs, sea turtles, and gobies. The camera´s other pre-defined scene modes are: Underwater HDR to enhance areas of light and shadow, Underwater Snapshot and Underwater Wide.
